"Our Goal is to Become the World's Leading
Sustainable Apparel Manufacturer"

Sustainability Assessment with Higg Index FEM.

Each year, our sustainability practices are assessed using the Higg Index FEM, verified by the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC) through an independent third party. This process ensures our scores reflect our true sustainability efforts and highlights areas for growth. EIM (Environmental Impact Measurement) provides a measurable approach to sustainability within our production processes.

Environmental Initiatives Include:

  1. Tree Planting on School Grounds and in Local Communities.
  2. Implementation of Hazardous Waste Management Systems.
  3. Installation of Rainwater Harvesting Systems.
  4. Recycling of Wastewater.
  5. Replacement of Conventional Taps with Push Taps.
  6. Monitoring of Water and Energy Usage through Meters.

Focusing On Sustainable Cotton Sourcing.

We are dedicated to sourcing cotton that meets the highest standards of sustainability. Our certifications, including Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), Organic Cotton Standard (OCS), Internal Control System (ICS), and Recycled Claim Standard (RCS), reflect our commitment.

Our efforts ensure that we contribute to a more sustainable and responsible textile industry.

ECO-FRIENDLY WASH.

We prioritize every element that enters and exits our wash processes. This includes the conservation of water, energy, and chemicals. Our advancements in sustainability and pollution reduction are driven by cutting-edge technology. We utilize eco-friendly washing machines and technologies such as ozone and laser, both alternatives to PP spray, as well as e-Flow, which employs nanobubbles to significantly reduce water usage. Our machines operate with an exceptionally low liquor ratio, eliminating unnecessary wash steps. This conserves water and reduces our chemical ETP load.
Our efforts ensure that we contribute to a more sustainable and responsible textile industry.

Ozone Treatment.

Produces ozone to process garments, using 60% less water, thereby minimizing chemical use and lowering pollution.

Tonello System.

Pioneering UP patented technology that drastically reduces the liquor ratio, conserving both water and energy while speeding up water filling and draining.

Laser Technology.

Replaces hazardous PP spray and other manual processes like whiskering and hand brushing, reducing the use of water, chemicals, and energy.

E-Flow System.

Utilizes nanobubbles to deliver precise amounts of chemicals into garments with minimal water use and zero discharge.
